These terms cover your use of this website and the general basis on which Vaibhav Web Studio (Vaibhav Gaur, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India) takes on website projects. The specific scope, price and timeline of each project are agreed in writing before work begins, and that written agreement takes priority over this page.

Using this website

• The content on this site is for general information and may change without notice.
• Website examples on this site are concept designs. The businesses shown are fictional unless clearly stated otherwise.
• Please don't misuse the forms on this site, for example by sending spam or automated submissions.

Client accounts

• Accounts are free and optional. You can send a project without one.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Project status and updates in the dashboard are for information. Agreed scope, prices and dates are confirmed in writing.
• I may suspend accounts that are used to send spam or abuse the service.

Quotes and pricing

• Prices shown are starting prices. Your final price depends on the pages, features and content your project needs.
• Every project gets a written quote before any work starts. Sending a project request doesn't commit you to anything.
• Third-party costs such as domain names, paid hosting, paid plugins, themes, stock photos and payment-gateway fees are not included unless the quote says so.

Payments

• Work begins after a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance is due before the website goes live.
• The advance covers planning and design time and is not refundable once design work has started.

Revisions and changes

• Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quote (normally two).
• New features or pages requested after the scope is agreed are quoted separately.
• Small fixes to issues in the delivered work are free for 30 days after launch.

Your content

• You're responsible for the text, images, logos and other material you provide, and for having the right to use them.
• Delays in providing content can delay the project timeline.

Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, you own the website design and content created for you. Vaibhav Web Studio may show the finished project in its portfolio unless you ask it not to.

Limitations

I build every website carefully and test it before launch, but I can't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or sales, or the uptime of third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars and payment gateways.
