Who runs this website

This website is run by Vaibhav Gaur, trading as Vaibhav Web Studio, based in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Information you give me

Contact form

When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, phone number (if you add it), the subject you choose and your message.

Website Planner

When you send a project request through the Website Planner, I receive your answers about your business and website (for example website type, business description, pages, features, design preferences, budget range and timeline), plus your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number and business name.

While you fill in the planner, your answers are saved in your own browser's local storage so you don't lose progress. This stays on your device and is deleted after you send your request. You can also clear it by choosing “Start over” or clearing your browser data.

Client accounts

If you create an account, I store your name, email address and the projects you send, including your planner answers, their status and any updates I post. Your password is handled by the authentication provider (Supabase) and stored only in hashed form. I can't see it.

While you're logged in, a session token is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. Logging out removes it from your device.

WhatsApp, phone and email

If you contact me directly, I receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.

How your information is used

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to deliver your website.
• To keep a record of our communication about the project.

I do not sell your information, and I do not add you to marketing lists.

Services this website uses

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers form submissions to my email inbox. Your form data passes through their service to do this.
• Supabase (supabase.com) provides client accounts and the database that stores projects and contact messages.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages securely and protect against abuse.
• Google Fonts provides one of the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests the font from Google's servers.
• WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If privacy-friendly visitor statistics are added in future, this policy will be updated first.

How long information is kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and a reasonable time afterwards for support and records. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent, or to close your account, by emailing vaibhavgaur36@gmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
